Human Anatomy and Physiology is a college-preparatory course that provides students with a basic understanding of the structures (anatomy) and functions (physiology) of the human body. The perfect creation of each human system is reviewed and analyzed with laboratory application for each organ and system. Dissection is a major focus in this course and the introduction of pathologies is used to illustrate changes in homeostasis. The use of experimental method (scientific method) is instrumental in the extensive laboratory work aligned to this curriculum.
